How Creators Make Money

Sales Commission
Every creator receives a personalized referral link and/or discount code. When an eligible customer purchases through it, you earn commission on qualifying net sales.
Example: $500 in eligible sales at 10% = $50 earned.

To receive payouts for a period, you must be in Active Creator Status:
- Complete the required monthly promotional activities
- Tag SoftHER when required
- Use your creator link or code
- Submit proof of completed activities
- Follow the Creator Program guidelines

Qualifying Activities
Creators should complete at least 3 qualifying promotional activities per month. These may include:
- Post one SoftHER Reel or TikTok
- Post SoftHER content to your Instagram or Facebook feed
- Share SoftHER to your Instagram Story
- Create an outfit or styling video
- Create a SoftHER unboxing
- Create a product review
- Share your SoftHER discount code or referral link
- Promote a SoftHER sale or new release

- Tag @SoftHER and use required campaign hashtags
- Submit original SoftHER content that the brand may repost

Content Challenge
Submit creative SoftHER photos or videos for an opportunity to be featured by the brand.
Referral Challenge
Introduce new qualified creators to the program when creator referrals are being accepted.

Free creators are not automatically entitled to free merchandise simply by joining. Products are unlocked through sales milestones, challenges, campaigns, giveaways and level advancement.

Program terms
Creator Code
Every approved creator is expected to represent SoftHER professionally. Creators agree to:
- Create authentic content
- Avoid misleading claims
- Disclose their creator, affiliate, gifted, or paid relationship when applicable
- Avoid spam or deceptive promotional tactics
- Not purchase through their own link solely to generate commissions unless specifically permitted
- Not misrepresent discounts or promotions
- Not alter SoftHER logos or branding without permission
- Not create content that damages or intentionally misrepresents the SoftHER brand
- Follow applicable social-platform rules
- Follow all SoftHER campaign instructions
Program terms
Commission Payments
Commissions are based on qualifying completed sales. Returned, canceled, fraudulent, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded.
Creators are paid on a monthly payout schedule, must meet any applicable minimum payout threshold, and must remain compliant with Creator Program requirements. Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when required.
Participation in the SoftHER Creator Program does not guarantee any particular amount of income.

Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed.
By submitting content directly to SoftHER for reposting or a creator campaign, creators grant SoftHER permission to repost or share approved content on SoftHER-owned social channels. Any broader use — advertising, paid campaigns, websites, packaging, or other commercial purposes — is governed by the applicable campaign terms or a separate agreement.
